central location clean feel nice staff great beds
i liked the hotel location. it has a newer feel and is very clean. staff were nice. the beds are great.

convenient location friendly staff nespresso machine small room dark room little storage
the location was really convenient. i could easily walk to many attractions. the staff were friendly and efficient too. i appreciated the nespresso machine in the room.
the room i had was quite small and dark. there was also very little storage space. the open style hangers weren't ideal for a longer stay. i think for the price, the room size could have been better.

helpful staff daily housekeeping superb location convenient parking
i really enjoyed my stay. the staff was always ready to assist with directions. my room was super clean with daily housekeeping, so that was a plus. also, the location was superb, allowing easy exploration of nearby attractions. i found convenient parking just a short walk from the entrance.
The room i stayed in was a bit small. I wish it had a larger closet space for my belongings. it was still a minor inconvenience.

Really good Location and Service
excellent location helpful staff takeaway coffee anticipated needs
I stayed for two nights. The hotel's location is excellent, right by the arch and amidst restaurants and shops. I found the staff amazing. One employee at the bar gave me directions to a sunset viewpoint. I needed takeaway coffee, and they even borrowed cups from the restaurant to accommodate me (that's dedication!). They anticipated my needs, having takeaway cups ready the next morning.
My only very slight issue was the limited in-room tea and coffee options, which didn't particularly suit my taste.

breakfast location staff inconvenience
The breakfast situation was a problem. I had to walk to another venue for breakfast, a five-minute walk. This was not good when it rained. The hotel had a small restaurant in the same block, but breakfast was not served there. The staff should address this inconvenience.
